This is a special application that helps employees of Eczacibasi Group to reset their own SAP user password with their iPhone mobile device. There are several SAP products used in Eczacibasi like ECC, BI, PI, CRM, and user is allowed to select the system first. A reset request is sent to the system and based on it, an email is sent the user. User accesses his/her email and clicks the link in the email that leads him/her to a web page where new password can be entered.
This is also a special application that helps users enter their transport request numbers (can be both customizing and workbench) to be transported to all related systems by following a proper path. For the approval of the request, a workflow has been designed and built, and several roles approve the request by the help of this workflow. After the final approval, transport request is imported into the production SAP system.
This is an application where sales representatives can mange their activities and opportunities both online and offline. Data entered on the application can easily be sent to SAP CRM system and there is two-way synchronization between the mobile application and SAP CRM. In addition there are some support functions like customer and product search, map and address directions. This application is developed to minimize the errors that arise in the field service operations and provide transactional data online. It is still being enhanced by new functionalities.
